Each zone allows specific uses and has specific requirements for construction. New principal structures; additions; sheds, decks, pools, fences, or other accessory structures; additions; patios, driveways, sidewalks, or other impervious coverage all require Zoning Permits. Changes of use and/or changes of commercial tenant also require Zoning Approval. If you are unsure as to whether you need approval from the Zoning Office, please call or come in before proceeding.
