NOTICE OF RE-PETITION FOR
SUBSTANTIVE CERTIFICATION
NOTICE is hereby given that the TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN has re-petitioned the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing for Substantive Certification of its Housing Element and Fair Share Plan pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:27D-301 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 5:95-3.1 et seq. A copy of the adopted amended Housing Element and Fair Share Plan and supporting documentation is available for public inspection at the Office of the Township Clerk, Municipal Building, located at 475 DeMott Lane, Somerset, New Jersey during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Comments or objections to said re-petition for Substantive Certification shall be filed with the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing, 101 South Broad Street, P.O. Box 813, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0813 and with the Township Clerk by October 2, 2007 which is within 45 days of publication of this notice.
