AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PRIVATE SALE OF TOWNSHIP OWNED LAND LOCATED IN BLOCK 552, LOT 22 LOCATED ON LEONA STREET IN THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY
An ordinance authorizing the private sale of Township owned land located in Block 552, Lot 22 located on Leona Street.

An Ordinance amending Chapter 5, Article II, Executive and Legislative, Meetings of Township Council, to address ordinances introduced in one calendar year and adopted in the subsequent calendar year.
ORDINANCE NO. 3809
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 226, TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES, SECTION 226-10 – STOPPING OR STANDING PROHIBITED DURING CERTAIN HOURS AND SECTION 226-33 – RESIDENT PERMIT PARKING PROGRAM.
This ordinance amends Code Chapter 226, Traffic and Vehicles, Section 226-10, Stopping or Standing Prohibited During Certain Hours by adds Dekalb Street, East Side, 24 hours from Franklin Blvd. to end and changes Section 226-33 – Resident Permit Parking Program Carmen Street from the west side to the east side from 8 pm to 8am, everyday, from Franklin Blvd. to Irvington Avenue.
