PUBLIC NOTICE ADOPTED ORDINANCES

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following ordinances were approved for final adoption by the Township Council of the Township of Franklin at a Regular Meeting held March 10, 2009:

ORDINANCE NO. 3778

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN BY DELETING AND REPEALING CHAPTER 183, THEREOF, PROPERTY MAINTENANCE, AND REPLACING IT WITH A NEW CHAPTER 183, TO BE ENTITLED, PROPERTY MAINTENANCE.

SUMMARY

An Ordinance amending the Code of the Township of Franklin by deleting and repealing Chapter 193 – Property Maintenance and replacing it with a new Chapter 183 to be entitled, Property Maintenance.

AN ORDINANCE AMEND THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 13, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES, ARTICLE V, BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY ADVISORY BOARD, SECTION 13-11, MEMBERSHIP

SUMMARY

An Ordinance amending Chapter 13, Boards, Commissions and Committee to change the membership of the Business and Industry Advisory Board by changing “Economic Development Director” to “Economic Development Representative”; change “President of the Franklin Township Chamber of Commerce” to “Franklin Township Chamber of Commerce President or Designee”; and remove the restriction of “not affiliated with Chamber” from the following members:  One business over 50 employees; One owner of retail center over 25,000 square feet; and One small business owner. 10 employees or fewer.
