ORDINANCE NO. 3741
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 226 - VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, SECTION 226-30 (ON STREET HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE (ADD 31 PARKSIDE STREET)
An ordinance providing one (1) on-street handicapped parking space in front of 31 Parkside Street.
ORDINANCE NO. 3742
ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 384, WATER, SECTION 284-19 CURB CONNECTION CAPITAL FEE TO DECREASE FEES FOR FY2008.
An Ordinance Amending Code Section 384-19, Curb Connection Capital Fee to decrease fees for FY2008 to $1,724.10 for the connection fee for one (1) equivalent unit.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN IN THE COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 384, WATER , ARTICLE XII, OTHER REGULATIONS, SECTION 384-62, WAIVER OF FEES ADDITION OF PROVISION THAT FEES ARE WAIVED ON PROJECTS THAT ARE TOWNSHIP SUPPORTED THROUGH GRANT FUNDING.
An ordinance amending Chapter 384, Water, Article XII, Other Regulations, Section 384-62, Waiver of Fees by adding the provision that fees are waived on projects that are Township supported through grant funding.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, SOMERSET COUNTY, NEW JERSEY, CHAPTER 166, DRUG-FREE ZONES, ARTICLE I, SCHOOL ZONES, SECTION 166-1, MAPS ADOPTED WITH THE ADDITION OF THE ETERNAL LIFE CHRISTIAN CENTER.
An ordinance amending the Code Chapter 166, Drug-Free Zones, Article I, School Zones, Section 166-1, Maps Adopted with the addition of Eternal Life Christian Center.

An ordinance amending the Code of the Township of Franklin, particularly Chapter 5, Administration of Government, Section 5-4, Meetings of the Township Council with the addition of subsection (G) Meeting Dates and Times by prohibiting Board and Commissions to hold their regular scheduled meetings on the same date and time as regular scheduled Township Council meetings.

The following Ordinance was Introduced and read for the first time at a regular meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Franklin, County of Somerset and State of New Jersey on March 11, 2008. This Ordinance will be further considered for final passage by the said Township Council, at the Municipal Complex, 475 DeMott Lane, Somerset NJ on April 8, 2008 at a meeting beginning at 7:00 pm, or at any time and place to which such meeting may be adjourned. All persons interested will be given the opportunity to be heard concerning such Ordinance. During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting copies of the full ordinance will be available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerks office for the members of the general public who shall request the same.

AN ORDINANCE GRANTING MUNICIPAL CONSENT TO NEW JERSEY AMERICAN WATER COMPANY, INC. TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION, EXPANSION AND MAINTENANCE OF WATER FACILITIES ON PUBLIC PROPERTY IN THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN IN ORDER TO FURNISH WATER SERVICE TO BLOCK 516, LOTS 7.01 AND 11.01
An ordinance granting municipal consent to New Jersey American Water Company, Inc. to extend water service and its facilities in the Township of Franklin in order to provide water services to sites known as Block 516, Lots 7.01 and 11.01 (Schoolhouse, Randolph and Weston Canal Roads area) and owned by Enterprise Infrastructure Holdings.
