AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 112, DEVELOPMENT, SCHEDULE 7, FEES.
This ordinance amends Schedule 7, Fees of the Development Ordinance with the addition of Zoning Permit Fees.
ORDINANCE NO. 3660
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 112, DEVELOPMENT, SECTION 112-6(B), OFFICIAL ZONING MAP (CHANGE ZONE DESIGNATION OF BLOCK 468.12, LOT 1.01 FROM CB WITH A SCV OVERLAY TO CB).
This ordinance changes the designation of Block 468.12, Lot 1.01 (New Brunswick Road) from zone designation C-B (Corporate Business) with a SCV (Senior Citizen Village) overlay to its original zone designation of C-B (Corporate Business).
