AN ORDINANCE AMEND THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 13, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES, ARTICLE V, BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY ADVISORY BOARD, SECTION 13-11, MEMBERSHIP (add the following to its MEMBERSHIP: additional councilmember; school superintendent or designee; resident at-large.)
An Ordinance amending Chapter 13, Boards, Commissions and Committee to change the membership of the Business and Industry Advisory Board to add an additional Councilmember (increasing number to 3); add School Superintendent or Designee Member and a Resident At-Large Member.

The bond ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, was introduced and passed upon first reading at a regular meeting of the governing body of the Township of Franklin, in the County of Somerset, State of New Jersey, on May 13, 2008. An Ordinance amending the Vehicle & Traffic Code of the Township of Franklin, County of Somerset, New Jersey, to prohibit vehicles over the gross weight (GVW) are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described except for the pick up and delivery of materials on such streets: Four (4) Tons: New Brunswick Road (from John F. Kennedy Blvd. to Elizabeth Avenue); Davidson Avenue (from Pierce Street to New Brunswick Road).
