PUBLIC NOTICE OF ADOPTED ORDINANCES
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following ordinances were approved for final adoption by the Township Council of the Township of Franklin at a Regular Meeting held on May 22, 2007:
ORDINANCE NO. 3679
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3540 ENTITLED, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY CREATING A SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN – HAMILTON STREET BUSINESS COMMUNITY,” ADOPTED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN ON APRIL 26, 2005 (AMEND SCHEDULE A IN ITS ENTIRETY).
This ordinance amends Attachment A, in its entirety, of Ordinance No. 3540 entitled, “An Ordinance of the Township of Franklin, County of Somerset and State of New Jersey Creating a Special Improvement District for the Township of Franklin – Hamilton Street Business Community,” adopted by the Township Council at a meeting held on April 26, 2005.

An ordinance granting an easement to the Franklin Township Sewerage Authority for the purpose of constructing a force main for the Pine Street Sewer Pump Station – Block 150, Lot 42.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 226 - VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, SECTION 226-10 – NO STOPPING OR STANDING PROHIBITED DURING CERTAIN HOURS”
An ordinance amending Traffic Code Section 226-10 – No Stopping or Standing Prohibited During Certain Hours on Certain Streets to include the following streets with parking restricted on the west side of Waldorf Street from Franklin Boulevard to Lovers Lane.

INTRODUCED ORDINANCE NO. 3663
The following Ordinance was Introduced and read for the first time at a regular meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Franklin, County of Somerset and State of New Jersey on May 22, 2007. This Ordinance will be further considered for final passage by the said Township Council, at the Municipal Complex, 475 DeMott Lane, Somerset NJ on June 12, 2007 at a meeting beginning at 7:00 pm, or at any time and place to which such meeting may be adjourned. All persons interested will be given the opportunity to be heard concerning such Ordinance. During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting copies of the full ordinance will be available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerk’s office for the members of the general public who shall request the same.
