This Ordinance will be further considered for final passage by the said Township Council, at the Municipal Complex, 475 DeMott Lane, Somerset NJ on July 8, 2008 at a meeting beginning at 7:00 pm, or at any time and place to which such meeting may be adjourned. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, SOMERSET COUNTY, NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 112, DEVELOPMENT, APPENDIX B, IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT, SECTION 112-194A(17)(d).
This ordinance amends Chapter 112, Development, Appendix B, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Section 112-194A(17)(d) as per 2007 revisions to the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, International Chamber of Commerce.
