PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following ordinances were approved for final adoption by the Township Council of the Township of Franklin at a Regular Meeting held July 8, 2008:
ORDINANCE NO. 3758
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, SOMERSET COUNTY, NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 112, DEVELOPMENT, APPENDIX B, IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT, SECTION 112-194A(17)(d).
This ordinance amends Chapter 112, Development, Appendix B, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Section 112-194A(17)(d) as per 2007 revisions to the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, International Chamber of Commerce.

An ordinance amending Section 265-4, Nudity and Dress; Lewd Behavior and Representations and repealing Section 265-8, Vagrancy; Consorting with Criminals from Chapter 265, Peace and Good Order of the Township Municipal Code.

This ordinance amends the Area and Yard Requirements of the Canal Preservation Districts as contained in Section 112-142 of Chapter 112, Development, so as to provide maximum impervious coverage and building height requirements for the Canal Preservation (C-P) zone.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 226, TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES, SECTION 226-33 – RESIDENT PERMIT PARKING PROGRAM – ADD DEKALB STREET.
This ordinance amends Code Chapter 226, Traffic and Vehicles, section 226-33 – Resident Permit Parking Program with the addition of DeKalb Street on the west side from 8 pm to 8 am, everyday, from Franklin Blvd. to Rogers Avenue.
