An Ordinance amending Chapter 112, Development Ordinance, delete Section 112-17D which prohibits games of chance in all zones in Franklin Township; amends various provisions of Article XI, Off-Street Parking and Loading, so as to implement recommendations of the 2006 Master Plan as well as policies and practices of the Township’s land use boards; In the Affordable Housing Development Fees Section - Remove the exemption for the construction of single-family dwellings from the development fees.
