PUBLIC NOTICE ORDINANCES ADOPTED
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following ordinances were approved for final adoption by the Township Council of the Township of Franklin at a Regular Meeting held September 22 2009:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 112, DEVELOPMENT REGARDING SMALL WIND ENERGY SYSTEMS.
This ordinance amends provisions of Chapter 112, Land Development, so as to permit small wind energy systems subject to appropriate requirements.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 112, DEVELOPMENT, ARTICLE XI, PARKING.
This ordinance amends various provisions of Article XI, Off-Street Parking and Loading, of Chapter 112, Land Development, so as to amend the parking requirements for retail uses consistent with industry standards, prevailing retail parking standards in suburban communities, and the practices of the Township’s land use boards.

NOTICE OF PENDING BOND ORDINANCE NO. 3852 AND SUMMARY
The bond ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the governing body of the Township of Franklin, in the County of Somerset, State of New Jersey, on September 22, 2009. It will be further considered for final passage, after public hearing thereon, at a meeting of the governing body to be held at the Township Municipal Building in said County on October 27, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting copies of the full ordinance will be available at no cost and during regular business hours at the Clerk’s office for the members of the general public who shall request the same.
