PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following ordinances were approved for final adoption by the Township Council of the Township of Franklin at a Regular Meeting held October 14, 2008:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, CHAPTER 180, FEES, ARTICLE III, VITAL STATISTICS RECORDS, SECTION 180-6, FEE SCHEDULE.
An ordinance amending Code Chapter 180, Fees, Vital Statistics Records, Section 180-6, Fee Schedule, increasing birth, marriage and civil union or domestic partnership records to $20.00 per copy; increasing/changing fees for death certificates to $20.00 for the first copy and $5.00 for each additional copy; increase burial permits to $15.00; add amendments or corrections to vital records at $20.00.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, NEW JERSEY CHAPTER 226, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, SECTION 226-31C – REGULATIONS FOR THE MOVEMENT AND THE PARKING OF TRAFFIC ON ALL OTHER PRIVATE PROPERTY – ADDING SOMERSET RUN.
An ordinance that provides for the regulations for the movement and the parking of traffic in Somerset Run including regulations for parking; stopping/standing prohibited; stop intersections; tow away and no passing zones.

An ordinance amending the Traffic Ordinance to add the following stop intersections: 1) Old Georgetown Road and Carroll Place (Stop Signs on Carroll Place); 2) Castleton Avenue and Grandview Avenue (Stop Signs on Grandview Avenue); 3) Beverly Avenue and Grandview Avenue (Stop Signs on Grandview Avenue); and 4) Austin Avenue and Grandview Avenue (Stop Signs on Grandview Avenue).

An Ordinance authorizing the conveyance of a five (5) foot strip of Township-owned land located on a portion of Block 285, Lot 11 to the owners of 49 Belmar Street, Block 285, Lot 12, Fortunato Bentivoglio and Eleonora Bentivoglio, husband and wife, in exchange for their conveyance and dedication, to the Township, of a five (5) foot strip of Right-of-Way in connection with their property located at 49 Belmar Street, again, Block 285, Lot 12.
