PUBLIC NOTICE ADOPTED ORDINANCES
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following ordinances were approved for final adoption by the Township Council of the Township of Franklin at a Regular Meeting held December 9, 2008:
ORDINANCE TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK (N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.14)
An Ordinance authorizing the Township to exceed the Municipal Budget Appropriation Limits and to establish a Cap Bank as per N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.14. The SFY 2009 budget year, the final appropriations of the Township of Franklin shall, in accordance with said ordinance and N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.14, is proposed to be increased by 1%, amounting to $345,116.22. It also provides that any amount authorized in said ordinance that is not appropriated as part of the final budget shall be retained as an exception to final appropriation in either of the next two succeeding years.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY APPENDIX CHAPTER A401, TELECOMMUNICATIONS FRANCHISE, NEW APPENDIX ARTICLE VIII, FIBER TECHNOLOGIES NETWORKS, LLC.
An ordinance amending the Code Appendix Chapter A401, Telecommunications Franchises by adding new Appendix Article VIII, Fiber Technologies Networks, LLC.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, NEW JERSEY CHAPTER 226, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, SECTION 226-31C REGULATIONS FOR THE MOVEMENT AND THE PARKING OF TRAFFIC ON ALL OTHER PRIVATE PROPERTY AMENDING SOMERSET GLENN.
Amending the ordinance that provides for the regulations for the movement and the parking of traffic in Somerset Glenn including regulations for parking; stopping/standing prohibited; stop intersections; tow away and no passing zones as per recommendations by the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A LEASE AMENDMENT FOR CERTAIN PREMISES OWNED BY TRAP ROCK INDUSTRIES, INCORPORATED TO THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, IN THE COUNTY OF SOMERSET AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF COMMUNICATIONS ANTENNA AND TRANSMISSION LINE/RECEIVING EQUIPMENT FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY 1, 2009 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2013.
SUMMARY
An ordinance authorizing a lease amendment for Trap Rock Industries, Incorporated for the installation of Communications Antenna and Transmission Line Receiving Equipment for the period of January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2013.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The following Ordinance was Introduced and read for the first time at a regular meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Franklin, County of Somerset and State of New Jersey on December 9, 2008. This Ordinance will be further considered for final passage by the said Township Council, at the Municipal Complex, 475 DeMott Lane, Somerset NJ on January 6, 2009 at a meeting beginning at 7:00 pm, or at any time and place to which such meeting may be adjourned. All persons interested will be given the opportunity to be heard concerning such Ordinance. During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting copies of the full ordinance will be available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerks office for the members of the general public who shall request the same.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 226, TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES, SECTION 226-10 STOPPING OR STANDING PROHIBITED DURING CERTAIN HOURS AND SECTION 226-33 RESIDENT PERMIT PARKING PROGRAM.
This ordinance amends Code Chapter 226, Traffic and Vehicles, Section 226-10, Stopping or Standing Prohibited During Certain Hours by adds Dekalb Street, East Side, 24 hours from Franklin Blvd. to end and changes Section 226-33 Resident Permit Parking Program Carmen Street from the west side to the east side from 8 pm to 8am, everyday, from Franklin Blvd. to Irvington Avenue.
