An ordinance amending Chapter 340, Swimming Pools by increasing the annual fees to operate a public or quasi-public swimming pool or bathing area to $600.00 and increase review of plans for said public or quasi-public swimming pool to $150.00.

An ordinance amending Chapter 384, Water, Section 384-7, Contents of application; inspections and tests; fees, increase the fee for a permit for the abandonment of an individual or semipublic water system to $50.00.
ORDINANCE NO. 3772
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 112, DEVELOPMENT, SECTION 112-37, Churches and similar places of worship; article iii, general zoning regulations, schedule 1, permitted uses; and section 112-47, proprietary schools in residential districts.
This ordinance amends provisions of Chapter 112, Land Development, pertaining to the construction of churches and similar places of worship. Such measures are intended to allow reasonable accommodation for churches and similar places of worship within the Township, but in a manner that relates the size of the church to the capacity of the roadway to handle church-related traffic. Similar revisions are made regarding the requirements for schools where permitted in residential zones.

An ordinance amending the Franklin Township Municipal Code Chapter 46, Personnel Policies by removing municipal attorney as an employee eligible for medical insurance coverage.
ORDINANCE NO. 3775
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 62 - SALARIES & COMPENSATION – SECTION 62-3 ANNUAL BASE COMPENSATIONS FOR ELECTED ANDAPPOINTED EMPLOYEES/OFFICIALS.
An Ordinance Amending the Salary Ordinance by removing Township Attorney; Planning Board Attorney; Board of Adjustment Attorney; Rent Leveling Attorney; Township Prosecutor; Associate Prosecutor and Township Public Defender from Section 62-3, Annual Base Compensations for Elected and Appointed Employees/Officials.

ORDINANCE NO. 3777
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 112, DEVELOPMENT, ARTICLE XVI, CANAL PRESERVATION DISTRICT, SECTION 112-142, AREA AND YARD REQUIREMENTS.
This ordinance amends the Area and Yard Requirements of the Canal Preservation Districts as contained in Section 112-142 of Chapter 112, Development, so as to provide maximum impervious coverage and building height requirements for the Canal Preservation (C-P) zone.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 226, TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES, SECTION 226-33 – RESIDENT PERMIT PARKING PROGRAM – ADD DEKALB STREET.
This ordinance amends Code Chapter 226, Traffic and Vehicles, section 226-33 – Resident Permit Parking Program with the addition of DeKalb Street on the west side from 8 pm to 8 am, everyday, from Franklin Blvd. to Rogers Avenue.

The following positions are eligible for the Defined Contribution Retirement Program: Township Manager; Assistant Township Manager; Director of Community Development; Director of Revenue and Finance; Director of Economic Development; Director of Fire Prevention/Fire Prevention Official; Director of Recreation; Grants Coordinator; Director of Social Services; Court Administrator; Township Attorney (only if employed as an employee); Director of Engineering & Public Works; Municipal Prosecutor (only if employed as an employee); and Municipal Court Judge. The following positions are exceptions to the Defined Contribution Retirement Program: Certified Health Officer; Tax Collector; Chief Financial Officer; Construction Code Official; Qualified Purchasing Agent; Tax Assessor; Municipal Planner; Registered Municipal Clerk; Licensed Uniform Subcode Inspector; and Principal Public Works Manager.
