BOND ORDINANCE NO. 3795 STATEMENTS AND SUMMARY
The bond ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, has been finally adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Franklin, in the County of Somerset, State of New Jersey on November 10, 2008 and the twenty (20) day period of limitation within which a suit, action or proceeding questioning the validity of such ordinance can be commenced, as provided in the Local Bond Law, has begun to run from the date of the first publication of this statement. Copies of the full ordinance are available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerk’s office for members of the general public who request the same. Amending Bond Ordinance Number 3256 (which provides for the acquisition of lands for open space and farmland preservation) to amend the description to include the acquisition of the Feibel property located on Georgetown Road within the Township and identified as Block 11.01, Lot 24.01, consisting of +/- 22.8 acres; the Kurzawski property located on Skillman Lane within the Township and identified as Block 85, Lot 1.03 consisting of +/- 1.4 acres; the Randolph property located on Grouser Road within the Township and identified as Block 59.01, Lot 9 consisting of +/- 6.8 acres; and the Skikus property located on Grouser Road within the Township and identified as Block 59.01, Lot 10.02 consisting of +/- 10.4 acres, on the official tax map of the Township. |
