RESOLUTION TO INTRODUCE, APPROVE & SET PUBLIC HEARING
FY2008 HAMILTON STREET SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BUDGET
The following is submitted as the Hamilton Street Special Improvement District Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007 and ending June 30, 2008.
BE IT RESOLVED that the following shall constitute the Hamilton Street Special Improvement District Budget for FY2008:
BE IT RESOLVED that said budget be published in the Courier News in the issue of June 18, 2007.
Notice is hereby given that the following budget was approved by the Township Council of the Township of Franklin, County of Somerset on June 12, 2007. A hearing on the budget will be held at the Franklin Township Municipal Complex, Council Chambers on July 10, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at which time and place taxpayers and all persons having an interest therein shall be given an opportunity to present objections.
