a)     3585-06 – Amend Chapter 163, Municipal Services – Schedule A (Add Somerset Glen Condominium Association).  Further consideration and public hearing of this ordinance is scheduled for February 14, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.

 

b)     3586-06 – Amend Chapter 97, Special Event Permits – Amend Code Chapter in its entirely.  Further consideration and public hearing of this ordinance is scheduled for February 14, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.

 

c)      3587-06 – Amend Chapter 47, Police Department – Add position of Deputy Police Chief.  Further consideration and public hearing of this ordinance is scheduled for February 14, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.

 

d)     3588-06 – Accept Emergency Access Easement Agreement with Jayne Enterprises, LLC – Docket #PLN2003-0058 – Purpose of Granting Emergency Access to Block 516, Lot 7.01 – Weston Canal Road.  Further consideration and public hearing of this ordinance is scheduled for February 14, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.

 

e)      3589-06 – Accept Drainage and Water Main Easement Agreements with Churchill Estates – Docket #PLN2—5-0019 – Block 101/Lots 90-91 – Storm Drainage System and Block 101/Lots 58.01, 60.01 and 87 – Storm Drainage System.  Further consideration and public hearing of this ordinance is scheduled for February 14, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.

 

f)       3590-06 – Amend Code Chapter 105 – Construction Codes, Uniforms, More Particularly Section 105-2 Fees – Add Waiver of Fees Associated in Chapter 105 when General Water Emergency is declared.  Further consideration and public hearing of this ordinance is scheduled for February 14, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.

e)      Resolution #06-008 – Award Purchase over $8500.00 – Kulinski Memorials – Markers for Veterans Memorial – Amount Not to Exceed $14,422.00.

 

f)       Resolution #06-009 – Authorize Corrective Resolution – Settlement of Tax Court Appeal, NSG America, Inc. – Bloc 468.11/Lot 17 – 8 World’s Fair Drive – 2003 Assessment from $5,022,800.00 to $4,175,100.00.

 

g)     Resolution #06-010 – Authorize Reimbursement of Fees for Connecting to Public in the Zone of Involvement in Franklin Park – Kathleen Koster – 38 Evelyn Avenue, Franklin Park – Total Amount of Fees to be Reimbursed:  $3,127.64.

 

h)     Resolution #06-011 – Award State Contract – Dell Marketing – New SQL Server for GIS and Township Management Program – Amount Not to Exceed $27,777.76.

 

i)       Resolution #06-012 – Authorize Tax Title Lien Redemptions – Outside Buyers.

m)  Resolution #06-016 – Authorize Disposition of Surplus Property – City of Paterson – Sale of Surplus 1985 GMC 700 Truck for $1.00.

 

n)     Resolution #06-017 – Award Bid for Water Meters to National Waterworks Inc. for the period of February 1, 2006 to January 31, 2007 in an amount not to exceed $350,000.00.
