Road Closure – Jacques Lane
Starting Monday May 3rd, Somerset County Bridges will be completing some emergency repairs on the bridge on Jacques Lane. The bridge is located approximately 2,200 feet in from South Middlebush Road. Once closed the road will remain closed 24/7 for up to 14 days. The work includes the complete removal and replacement of the bridge decking. The road will be impassable for the duration of the project.
All residences other than the first house in from South Middlebush Road will have to be accessed from Canal Road.
The County will post detour routes and motorists should expect possible delays and seek alternate routes.
