Notice: Amwell Road Reconstruction

On or about April 1, work will begin on the reconstruction of Amwell Road from Cedar Grove Lane to DeMott Lane. The project includes the realignment of South Middlebush Road, installation of a new water line, storm sewer construction, curb and sidewalk installation, resurfacing and three traffic signal installations.

Traffic will be maintained with staged construction and flagging operations. Delays can be expected and alternate routes of travel are recommended.

The project is expected to be completed in the fall, 2009.
