RESOLUTION - ANNUAL MEETING
SCHEDULE - 2001
WHEREAS, the Open
Public Meeting Act (P.L. 1975, Chapter 231) of the Laws of the State
of New Jersey, Section 13 thereof, requires the public body, at least
once each year within seven (7) days following the Annual Organization
or Reorganization meeting of the public body, or by January 10th to
provide notice of a schedule of regular meeting of said public body
to be held during the succeeding year; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED on this 1st day of January, 2001, by the Township
Council of the Township of Franklin, County of Somerset and State
of New Jersey, that the meeting schedule for the period January 2,
2001 to January 8, 2002 shall be held at 475 DeMott Lane on the following
dates and times:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that
the SOMERSET SPECTATOR, the FRANKLIN NEWS RECORD and
the HOME NEWS be and they are hereby designated as those
newspapers to whom adequate notice must be given in accordance with
Section 14; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that
the reasonable sum to be paid by an individual requesting copies of
the Regular Meeting Schedule or revisions to same as specified in Section
14 3(d) shall be $20.00.
