For goods and services not purchased through a cooperative pricing program, Franklin publishes and receives bids on services and goods costing over $36,000. In order to enhance the competitive bidding process, current bids are listed on this website in addition to the traditional means of advertising bids. In order to receive copies of bid packages, vendors should contact the Purchasing Office.

IF BIDDERS OBTAIN AN RFP FROM THE WEB, IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK PRIOR TO THE BID OPENING TO SEE IF AN ADDENDUM HAS BEEN ISSUED. COPIES OF ADDENDA OR NOTICE OF SAME WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE ON THIS WEBSITE OR WILL BE E-MAILED OR SENT VIA U.S. MAIL IF REQUEST IS MADE BY A LETTER OR E-MAIL TO THE PURCHASING AGENT.

BIDDERS WHO PICK UP BID SPECIFICATIONS FROM THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING OR RECEIVE SPECIFICATIONS BY MAIL WILL AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE COPIES OF ADDENDA.
