Do I need a Certificate of Occupancy for change of ownership?
This will certify that the Township of Franklin, Somerset County requires an OCCUPANCY PERMIT for NEWLY CONSTRUCTED buildings only.
Ordinance # 798 (Property Maintenance Code), adopted April 15, 1976 and effective June 15, 1976, does not require the issuance of Occupancy Certificates on change of ownership
