Mission Statement

Faithfully discharge the statutory duties of the Township Clerk as:

Secretary to the Municipal Corporation
Maintenance of the Township Seal and important documents, agreements, ordinances and resolutions of the municipality

Secretary to the Governing Body
Attendance at meetings and the prompt and accurate recording of minutes and activities

Chief Administrative Officer of all Elections
Activities related to School Board, Primary and General Elections as well as any special elections held by the above entities

Chief Registrar of Voters
Insuring the availability of voter registration forms and the advising of residents of their appropriate polling places for elections

Administrative Officer
Licensing, assessment searches, information officer to the public and media, including assurance of the welfare of residents by investigating the character and reputation and licensing peddlers, solicitors, taxicab drivers and other vendors to which residents are exposed

Records Coordinator and Manager
Assuring that the public right to know is protected by making available records and documents where appropriate

Other duties imposed by state statutes and municipal ordinances or regulations
