a) Ordinance No. 3731 – Authorize Acquisition by Purchase an Agricultural Easement for Farm Preservation Purposes and to Provide for the Sale of Said Easement to the State Agricultural Development Committee (Suydam Farm – Skillman Lane – Block 85, Lots 61 & 62.01 and Block 57.01, Lot 32.01).
13. Introduction of Ordinances on First Reading
a) Ordinance No. 3738 – Amend Traffic Code, Chapter 226, Vehicles and Traffic, Section 226-13 – Parking Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets – Lakeside Road. Further consideration and public hearing of this ordinance is scheduled for February 26, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.
b) Ordinance No. 3739 – Amend Code Chapter 151, Housing Standards, Section 151-7, Housing Fees with an increase of Re-occupancy inspections to $75.00 and $50.00 per building for common areas. Further consideration and public hearing of this ordinance is scheduled for February 26, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.
c) Ordinance No. 3740 – Amend Code Chapter 112, Land Development, Article XXXV, Renaissance 2000 Redevelopment Plan, Section 112-280-I – Addition of low- and moderate-income housing as a permitted use in the I-P (Institutional/Public) zoning district, to provide bulk requirements for low- and moderate-income housing within the district and to rezone Block 146 and a portion of Block 148 from the R-7 district to the I-P District. Further consideration and public hearing of this ordinance is scheduled for February 26, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.
