a) Ordinance No. 3652 – Amend Development Ordinance, Code Chapter 112, More Particularly Section 112-17 – Lot Frontage (Add shape as a circumstance that would allow through lots to be permitted and allow the same type of vehicular street access from a through lot that other lots are permitted.); Section 112-49 – Residential Cluster and Townhouse Development (Remove Residential Cluster from section title which results in the deletion of Residential Cluster as a Conditional Permitted Use.); Section 112-66 – Abandonment (Amends Ordinance when nonconforming uses are deemed abandoned.); and Section 112-199 – Requirements for Environmental Assessment (Removes the requirement that a firm preparing an environmental assessment be on an approved list prepared by the Franklin Township Planning Board.)
b) Ordinance No. 3653A – Amend Development Ordinance, Code Chapter 112, More Particularly Section 112-6, Zoning Districts and Zoning Map, Paragraph (B) Official Zoning Map (Change the designation of property known as Block 512, Lot 12.01 and Block 511, Lots 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 3, 5.01 and 5.02 (Weston Road) from zone designation ROL (Research-Office-Laboratory) to A (Agricultural). Hearing Postponed to February 13, 2007 as a result of Notice not being published by newspaper.
c) Ordinance No. 3654 - – Amend Development Ordinance, Code Chapter 112, More Particularly Section 112-6, Zoning Districts and Zoning Map, Paragraph (B) Official Zoning Map (Change the designation of Block 72, Lots 1.01, 1.02, 1.03 and 7.01 (Amwell Road) from zone designation A (Agricultural) to RR3 (Rural-Residential).
