14.              Introduction of Ordinances on First Reading

 

a) Ordinance No. 3819 – Bond Ordinance Providing for the Repaving of the Municipal Complex Parking Lot; Repealing Bond Ordinance Numbers 3602 and 3671, to Reapproppriate Appropriations, Authorizations and Down Payments set forth in each of said Bond Ordinances to Improvements set forth in this Bond Ordinance; Reappropriating $2,100,000 therefore and Authorizing $1,997,000 Bonds or Notes.  Public Hearing and further consideration is scheduled for March 24, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Municipal Complex.

 

b) Ordinance No. 3820 – Refunding Bond Ordinance  Authorizing the Issuance of Not to Exceed $22,000,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of General Obligation Refunding Bonds Consisting of Not to Exceed $12,400,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of General Improvement Refunding Bonds, Series 2009 and Not to Exceed $9,600,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of Open Space Trust Fund Refunding Bonds, Series 2009 for the Purpose of Refunding Certain Bonds Issued by  the Township and Appropriating the Proceeds of such Refunding Bonds to such Purpose.  – Public Hearing and further consideration is scheduled for March 24, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Municipal Complex.
