a)      Ordinance No. 3738 – Amend Traffic Code, Chapter 226, Vehicles and Traffic, Section 226-13 – Parking Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets – Lakeside Road. 

 

b)      Ordinance No. 3739 – Amend Code Chapter 151, Housing Standards, Section 151-7, Housing Fees with an increase of Re-occupancy inspections to  $75.00 and $50.00 per building for common areas. 

 

c)      Ordinance No. 3740 – Amend Code Chapter 112, Land Development, Article XXXV, Renaissance 2000 Redevelopment Plan, Section 112-280-I – Addition of low- and moderate-income housing as a permitted use in the I-P (Institutional/Public) zoning district, to provide bulk requirements for low- and moderate-income housing within the district and to rezone Block 146 and a portion of Block 148 from the R-7 district to the I-P District.

a)      Ordinance No. 3748 – Amend Code Chapter 138, Food Establishments, Section 138-1, Adoption of Standards; Chapter 201, Sewers & Sewage Disposal, Article III, Sewage Disposal Systems, Section 201-14, Adoption of Standards; and Chapter 384, Water, Article III, Application for Water Service, Section 384-7, Contents of application; inspections and tests; fees.  Public Hearing and further consideration of ordinance is scheduled for March 25, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.

 

b)     Ordinance No. 3749 – Amend Code Chapter 132, Fire Prevention Fees, Article III, Permits and Fees, Section 132-11, Additional required permits, inspections and fees.  Public Hearing and further consideration of ordinance is scheduled for March 25, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers. – Removed from Agenda.

 

c)      Ordinance No. 3750 – Renewal of Scott Farm/Memorial Forest Lease.  Public Hearing and further consideration of ordinance is scheduled for March 25, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers. – Changed to Resolution – See Resolution #08-104.

h)     Resolution #08-095 – Award Bid – Reconstruction of Pine Street – DeFino Contracting Company – Amount Not to Exceed $175,000.00.

 

i)       Resolution #08-096 – Appoint Bonnie von Ohlen and Donna Vieiro to Somerset County Economic Development Incentive Program.

 

j)       Resolution #08-097 – Confirm Appointment of Konstantin Belenky as Tax Assessor.

 

k)      Resolution #08-098 – Authorize Tax Assessor and Township Attorney to correct assessments up to $150,000.00.

 

l)       Resolution #08-099 – Award Fair and Open Professional Services Agreement – Consultant Services for Preparing a Comprehensive Water Distribution System Master Plan – CMX – Amount Not to Exceed $37,400.00.

 

m)   Resolution #08-100 – Authorize Grant Application – 2008 Green Communities - $3,000.00 with a local match of $1,500.00

 

n)     Resolution #08-101 – Award State Contract – Purchase of Portable Radios for New Police Officers – Motorola, Inc. – Amount Not to Exceed $67,969.00.

 

o)      Resolution #08-102 – Authorize Refund of Tax Overpayments.

 

p)     Resolution #08-103 – Accept Resignation of Anthony Mazzola from Advisory Board of Health, effective immediately.

 

q)      Resolution #08-104 –Authorize Extension of Lease with Middlebush Farms, Inc. for Memorial Forestt/Scott Farm for a three-year period from March 1, 2008 to February 28, 2011.
