a) Ordinance No. 3738 Amend Traffic Code, Chapter 226, Vehicles and Traffic, Section 226-13 Parking Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets Lakeside Road.
b) Ordinance No. 3739 Amend Code Chapter 151, Housing Standards, Section 151-7, Housing Fees with an increase of Re-occupancy inspections to $75.00 and $50.00 per building for common areas.
c) Ordinance No. 3740 Amend Code Chapter 112, Land Development, Article XXXV, Renaissance 2000 Redevelopment Plan, Section 112-280-I Addition of low- and moderate-income housing as a permitted use in the I-P (Institutional/Public) zoning district, to provide bulk requirements for low- and moderate-income housing within the district and to rezone Block 146 and a portion of Block 148 from the R-7 district to the I-P District.
