14. Introduction of Ordinances on First Reading
a) Ordinance No. 3749 Amend Code Chapter 132, Fire Prevention Fees, Article III, Permits and Fees, Section 132-11, Additional required permits, inspections and fees. Public Hearing and further consideration of ordinance is scheduled for April 8, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.
b) Ordinance No. 3750 Grant Municipal Consent to New Jersey American Water Company to Permit the Construction, Expansion and Maintenance of Water Facilities on Public Property in the Township of Franklin in order to Furnish Water Service to Block 516, Lots 7.01 & 11.01 Enterprise Infrastructure Holdings. Public Hearing and further consideration is scheduled for April 8. 2008 at 700 p.m. in Council Chambers.
