a. (Convenience Center).
15. Introduction of Ordinances on First Reading
a) Ordinance No. 3822 – Bond Ordinance Providing for various Capital Improvements; Appropriating $714,500 and Authorizing the Issuance of $679,500 Bonds or Notes of the Township to Finance Part of the Costs Thereof. Public Hearing and further consideration is scheduled for April 28, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.
b) Ordinance No. 3823 – Bond Ordinance Providing for Various 2009 Capital Improvements for the Water Utility of the Township; Appropriating $682,000 and Authorizing the Issuance of $682,000 Bonds or Notes of the Water Utility to Finance the Costs Thereof. Public Hearing and further consideration is scheduled for April 28, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.
