b)     Ordinance No. 3677 - An ordinance repealing Traffic Code Section 226-15 - Parking of trucks weighing in excess of 1,500 pounds Ύ tons prohibited and replacing it with a new Section 226-15 – Overnight Parking and amending Traffic Code Section 226-31 (B) (1) by adding the property Somerset Mews Apartment Building with the regulation of No Stopping or Standing at all Times and the movement of prohibited on Reler Lane from the prolongation of Western curbline of Route 27 to a point 150 feet west on both the northerly and southerly curbline of Reler Lane.

a)       Ordinance No. 3663 – Amend Code Chapter 54, Political Contributions with the addition of a new Article II, Prohibition of Entering into or Amending Redevelopment Agreements with Certain Contributors.  Public Hearing and further consideration is scheduled for May 8, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.

 

b)       Ordinance No. 3679 – Amend Special Improvement District Ordinance by amending the list of properties within the Special Improvement District.  Public Hearing and further consideration is scheduled for May 22, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.

 

c)        Ordinance No. 3692 – Authorize Acquisition of Property – Bervan Property on Mosher Road (Block 11.01, Lot 11); Temmer Property on Old Vliet Road (Block 20.02, Lot 7) and Chrin Property near the intersection of Coppermine Road and Old Georgetown Road (Block 11.01, Lots 22 & 23).  Public Hearing and further consideration is scheduled for May 8, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.
