b) Resolution #05-143 – Authorize Grant Application – NJDOT Municipal Aid Program - $149,750 – Wilson Road from Amwell to Treptow.

c) Resolution #05-144 – Authorize Grant Application – NJDOT Municipal Aid Program - $261,650 – Blackwells Mills Road from Canal to South Middlebush Road.

d) Resolution #05-145 – Authorize Grant Application – NJDOT Municipal Aid Program - $40,000 – Sidewalk Improvements on Easton Avenue from Harrison Towers to Township line.

e) Resolution #05-146 – Authorize Grant Application – NJDOT Municipal Aid Program - $100,000 – Resurface Garfield Avenue and Dellwood Lane.

f) Resolution #05-147 – Authorize Grant Application – Association of Environmental Commissions in NJ (ANJEC) Smart Growth Grant – Develop a Fair Share Compliance Plan that is environmentally sound and to plan proactively to include affordable housing with as little negative environmental impact as possible – Grant are up to $20,000 and require a half in-kin match.
