Traffic, Section 226-4, Penalties to increase the assessment of traffic
summonses by one dollar ($1.00) for Brain Injury Surcharge effective
June 2004.
c) Ordinance 3443: Ordinance increasing burial permit fees from $1.00
to $5.00 as a result of the Mandatory Electronic Death Registration
System effective March 1, 2004.
d) Ordinance 3444: Ordinance amending salary ranges and longevity
payments for Blue Collar Supervisors as per July 1, 2002 to June 30,
2005 contract.
e) Ordinance 3445: Bond Ordinance appropriating $268,000 for the purchase
and installation of various information services equipment for various
departments and the construction of a new equipment room.
f) Ordinance 3446: Ordinance amending
Chapter 210 – Streets
and Sidewalks by amending the definition of “Emergency” and
amending Permit for Opening; Exception
by including a five (5) year moratorium
