b) Ordinance No. 3826 – Amend Municipal Code Chapter 236, Municipal Services, Article I, Homeowners Association, Section 236-1, Definitions; Section 236-2, Services to be Provided; Section 236-3, Additional Services to be Provided; Section 4, General Provisions; Limits Upon Township’s Obligation and Accounting by Associations and Section 5, Schedule A.
