a)     Ordinance No. 3836 – Amend Code Chapter 13, Boards and Commission – Cable Television Advisory Committee.  Further consideration and public hearing is scheduled for July 14, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.

 

b)     Ordinance No. 3837 – Amend Code Chapter 260, Parks and Recreation, Article III, Exclusive-Use Permits for Parks Facilities, Section 260-11, Exclusive-use Permits and Fees.  Further consideration and public hearing is scheduled for July 14, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.

 

c)      Ordinance No. 3838 – Authorize Acquisition by Purchase or Condemnation Certain Lands within the Township for Affordable Housing Purposes and Authorize Sale of Certain Premises in the Township pursuant to NJSA 40A:12-13(a) – 73 Amethyst Way, Unit G-1, Franklin Park.  Further consideration and public hearing is scheduled for July 14, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.
