13. Introduction of Ordinances

a) Ordinance #3476 - Amend Cable Franchise Ordinance facilitating the donation of equipment and in-kind services in the amount of $53,000 from Patriot Media for a new cable station (Channel 25) and studio for the Township of Franklin to record and broadcast Township Council meetings, maintain a community bulletin board, and broadcast other Township events and programming. This donation is in lieu of the $5,000 per year stipend for the purchase of miscellaneous studio/station equipment over the life of the 15-year franchise agreement. (Public Hearing and Further Consideration is scheduled for July 13, 2004 at 8 p.m.)

b) Ordinance #3477 - Amend No Parking Ordinance by adding DeKalb Street. (Public Hearing and Further Consideration is scheduled for July 13, 2004 at 8 p.m.)

c) Ordinance #3478 - Amend Leases with Meadows Foundation to include historic grants in the amount of $40,320 for Tulipwood and $99,380 for the Wycoff-Garretson Barn. (Public Hearing and Further Consideration is scheduled for July 13, 2004 at 8 p.m.)
