a) Ordinance #3555 – Amend Code Chapter 112, Development, Section 112-6B(1), Official Zoning Map (Change designation of Block 74.01, Lots 7, 8.01, 9-11 and 14 from R-40 to A. Further consideration and public hearing is scheduled for August 9, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers in the Municipal Building.

b) Ordinance #3556 – Authorize Acquisition of Certain Lands within Franklin Township for Parks and/or Conservation Purposes - Jackson Property (Block 73.01, Lot 40 – Amwell Road). Further consideration and public hearing is scheduled for August 9, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers in the Municipal Building.

c) Ordinance #3557 – Amend Bond Ordinance No. 3256 to include Jackson Property (Block 73.01, Lot 40 – Amwell Road.) Further consideration and public hearing is scheduled for August 9, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers in the Municipal Building.

d) Ordinance #3558 – Amend Code Chapter 112, Development Ordinance, Section 112-8, General Regulations – Schedule 1/Permitted Uses (Body Art Establishments are an Exception to Permitted Uses in the N-B – Neighborhood Business; G-B – General Business and HBD – Hamilton Street Business District Zones). Further consideration and public hearing is scheduled for August 9, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers in the Municipal Building.

e) Ordinance #3559 – Accept Deeds & Easements – Princeton Highlands Developer – Amended Preliminary & Final Major Subdivision – Docket #ZBA2003-0942 (Winding Way – Block 11.01, Lots 13.01 and 13.19-13.28 and Block 11.01, Lot 10.23). Further consideration and public hearing is scheduled for August 9, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers in the Municipal Building
