b.     Ordinance #3637 – Amend Development Ordinance, Section 112-6(B), Official Zoning Map – Change Designation of Block 73.01, Lots 25-27, 28.01, 28.02, 28.04, 29 and 31-36 (Welsh’s Lane and Wortman Street) from A (Agricultural) to R-10-H (Single-Family Residential/Historic Overlay).  Public Hearing and further consideration of this ordinance is scheduled for Thursday, November 9, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.
