a.      Ordinance #3646 – Amend Traffic Code Chapter 226, Vehicles and Traffic, Section 226-30, On-Street Handicapped Parking Space (Add 2805 Holland Drive) and Section 226-31 – Control of Movement and Parking on Public and Board of Education Properties (Amendment to Parking within Municipal Parking Complex – Reserving six spaces for the engineering and Community Development Vehicles on Road D.) Public Hearing and further consideration of this ordinance is scheduled for Thursday, November 9, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.

 

b.     Ordinance #3647 – Amend Code Chapter 81, Affordable Housing to include new Article III, Municipal Housing Liaison and provide the provisions for said Municipal Housing Liaison as per Council on Affordable Housing.  Public Hearing and further consideration of this ordinance is scheduled for Thursday, November 9, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.

u.      Resolution #06-461 – Amend Contract – MSP Construction Corp. – Franklin Park Water Main Extension – Additional $45,000.00 to include work as per Interlocal Services Agreement with North Brunswick.
