g)     Resolution #06-470 -- Authorize Tax Court Appeal Settlement – M-Affiliates & Elkins Enterprises – Block 517.01/Lot 8.06 – 401 Cottontail Lane –Year 2004 Assessment from $775,100.00 to $691,800.00 – Reason for Assessment Change is there were developmental problems affected by a stream.

 

h)     Resolution #06-471 -- Authorize Tax Court Appeal Settlement – M-Affiliates & Elkins Enterprises – Block 517.01/Lot 8.04 – 415 Weston Canal Road –Year 2004 Assessment from $1,296,000.00 to $1,212,600.00 – Reason for Assessment Change is there were developmental problems affected by a stream.

 

i)       Resolution #06-472 -- Authorize Tax Court Appeal Settlement – M-Affiliates & Elkins Enterprises – Block 517.01/Lot 8.10 – 91 Cottontail Lane –Year 2004 Assessment from $562,500.00 to $479,200.00 – Reason for Assessment Change is it is part of overall settlement of the two prior appeals.

 

j)       Resolution #06-473 – Authorize Purchase – Omega Construction, Inc. – Sidewalk and Apron for Animal Shelter and New Addition – Not to Exceed $9,371.00.

 

k)     Resolution #06-474 – Award Bid – Beyer Brothers Corp. – Cutaway Van and Service Body – Not to Exceed $32,500.00.

 

l)       Resolution #06-475 – Award State Contract – Civil Solutions – GIS-Related Work for Open Space – November 1, 2006 to October 30, 2008 – Not to Exceed $10,000.00.
