§  Ordinance No. 3852 – Bond Ordinance Providing and Appropriating $750,000.00 for the Construction of an Interconnection with the City of New Brunswick for the Water Utility of the Township of Franklin.

a)     Ordinance No. 3853 – Amend Code Chapter 112, Land Development, Article III, General Zoning Regulations, Schedule 1, Permitted Uses to allow taxi dispatch services as permitted principal uses in additional non-residential zoning districts subject to appropriate limitations.  Public Hearing and further consideration is scheduled for November 24, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Municipal Building.

 

b)     Ordinance No. 3857 – Amend Code Chapter 226, Vehicles & Traffic, Section 226-13, Parking Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets (Castleton Avenue) and Section 226-20, Stop Intersection (Belmont Drive & Pierce Street.  Public Hearing and further consideration is scheduled for November 24, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Municipal Building.

 

c)      Ordinance No. 3858 – Authorizing the Acquisition of Certain Real Property Identified on the Township’s Tax Map as Block 298, Lot 11 (304 Hillcrest Avenue) in Connection with the Settlement of Litigation.  Public Hearing and further consideration is scheduled for November 24, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Municipal Building.

17.              Old Business

 

a)     Ordinance No. 3845 – Amend Land Use Development Ordinance - Amends Article VI, Wireless Communications Antennas, of Chapter 112, Land Development, so as to: (1) reorganize the Article, to provide clarity with respect to the procedural requirements and to eliminate redundancies and inconsistencies in the ordinance; (2) to provide administrative approval of certain applications by the full Technical Review Committee rather than just the Township Engineer and Director of Planning as currently permitted; and (3) slightly expand the types of applications that require administrative approval by the Technical Review Committee.  ­– Tabled at 09/22/09 Council Meeting – Awaiting for comments and recommendation from Planning Board.

 

b)     Ordinance No. 3846 – Amend Land Use Development Ordinance - Adds definition for “Dwelling, Single Family (Zero Lot Line)”, amends the minimum lot area requirement for two-family dwellings in the R-7 zone and establishes lot and yard requirements for zero lot line single-family dwellings in a R-7 zone. – Tabled at 09/22/09 Council Meeting – Awaiting for comments and recommendation from Planning Board.
