b) Ordinance No. 3790 – Ordinance Amending Code Chapter 226, Vehicles and Traffic, Section 226-10 – Stopping or Standing Prohibited During Certain Hours on Certain Streets (Delete Dekalb Street); Section 226-13, Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets (Delete Dekalb Street) and Section 226-33 – Resident Permit Parking Program (adding Carmen Street; Rogers Avenue & Dekalb Street.)

a) Ordinance No. 3796 – Amend Code Chapter 183, Property Maintenance, Section 183-4, Modifications and Amendments, Subsection F, Chapter 3, Section PM-303.0, Exterior Property Areas – Add New Section PM303.15, Parking. Public Hearing and further consideration is scheduled for Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Complex, Council Chambers.
b) Ordinance No. 3797 – Amend Code Chapter 226, Vehicles and Traffic, Section 226-13, Parking Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets – Adding Berry Street (East Side from School to Camner and West Side from a point 37 feet south of Voorhees to Camner). Public Hearing and further consideration is scheduled for Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Complex, Council Chambers.
c) Ordinance No. 3798 – Amend Code Chapter 46, Personnel Policies, Section 46-11, Employment Benefits – Add New Subsection O – Donated Leave Program. Public Hearing and further consideration is scheduled for Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Complex, Council Chambers.
