  1. Ordinance #3638 – Amend Development Ordinance, Section 112-6(B), Official Zoning Map – Amend Restoration Section regarding Non-Conforming Buildings to include Service Stations in R-40 (Single-Family Residential), RR3 (Rural-Residential) and RR5 (Rural-Residential) Zones. 

 

  1. Ordinance #3639 – Amend Development Ordinance, Section 112-6(B), Official Zoning Map – Change Zone Designation of Entire Block 92 (Lots 1-55) (Hamilton Street/Wheeler Place/Codington Avenue) from R-10 (Single-Family Residential) to M-2 (Light Manufacturing). 

 

  1. Ordinance #3640 – Amend Development Ordinance, Section 112-6(B), Official Zoning Map – Change Zone Designation of Portion of Block 424.02, Lot 24 (Lakeside Drive) from R-40 (Single-Family Residential) to G-B (General Business).  (This will result in entire Lot 24 in Block 424.02 will be zoned G-B). 

 

  1. Ordinance #3646 – Amend Traffic Code Chapter 226, Vehicles and Traffic, Section 226-30, On-Street Handicapped Parking Space (Add 2805 Holland Drive) and Section 226-31 – Control of Movement and Parking on Public and Board of Education Properties (Amendment to Parking within Municipal Parking Complex – Reserving six spaces for the engineering and Community Development Vehicles on Road D.)

 

  1. Ordinance #3647 – Amend Code Chapter 81, Affordable Housing to include new Article III, Municipal Housing Liaison and provide the provisions for said Municipal Housing Liaison as per Council on Affordable Housing.
