m)              Resolution #07-594 – Award Professional Services Agreement – Consultant Services for Development of Solid Waste Services – DeFeo Associates – Amount Not to Exceed $42,300.00.

 

n)                Resolution #07-595 – Authorize Grant Application – NJDEP Division of Parks and Forestry Recreational Trails Grant – Grant Amount:  $25,000.00 – Develop a trail along Middlebush Park with exercise stations with a 20% match of in-kind services or cash match.

 

o)                 Resolution #07-596 – Authorize Grant Application – U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs’ Bureau of Justice Assistance Gang Resistance Education and Training (GREAT) Program – Grant Amount:  Up to $125,000.00 with a 10% match required for a total of $135,500.00 (in-kind and/or cash match).
