Ordinance #3652 – Amend Development Ordinance, Code Chapter 112, More Particularly Section 112-17 – Lot Frontage (Add shape as a circumstance that would allow through lots to be permitted and allow the same type of vehicular street access from a through lot that other lots are permitted.); Section 112-49 – Residential Cluster and Townhouse Development (Remove Residential Cluster from section title which results in the deletion of Residential Cluster as a Conditional Permitted Use.); Section 112-66 – Abandonment (Amends Ordinance when nonconforming uses are deemed abandoned.); and Section 112-199 – Requirements for Environmental Assessment (Removes the requirement that a firm preparing an environmental assessment be on an approved list prepared by the Franklin Township Planning Board.)
