RESOLUTION#04-090 - AMEND ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE 2004
WHEREAS, as per the Open Public Meeting Act (P.L.
1975, Chapter 231) of the Laws of the State of New Jersey, Section 13
thereof, the Township Council of the Township of Franklin adopted a
resolution providing notice of the annual meeting schedule for 2004
at its Reorganization Meeting held on January 1, 2004 amended its meeting
scheduled on January 13, 2004; and
WHEREAS,
it has become necessary to amend the annual meeting schedule for 2004
as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE,

Council of the Township of Franklin, County of Somerset and State of
New Jersey, that the meeting schedule is hereby amended as follows for
the period January 7, 2004 to January 25, 2005 and shall be held at
475 DeMott Lane on the following dates and times:
