RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADOPTION OF 2011 REORGANIZATION MEETING; COUNCIL RETREAT; ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE; JOINT BOARD MEETINGS AND BUDGET HEARINGS

               WHEREAS, the Open Public Meeting Act (P.L. 1975, Chapter 231) of the Laws of the State of New Jersey, Section 13 thereof, requires the public body, at least once each year within seven (7) days following the Annual Organization or Reorganization meeting of the public body, or by January 10th to provide notice of a schedule of regular meeting of said public body to be held during the succeeding year; and

                NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED on this 14th day of December, 2011, by the Township Council of the Township of Franklin, County of Somerset and State of New Jersey, that the meeting schedule for the period January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011 shall be held at the Municipal Complex, Council Chambers, 475 DeMott Lane at 7:00 p.m. on the following dates unless otherwise noted:

Council Retreat:                                            Sunday, January 30, 2011 – 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
