Community Garden Sign-Up -  Naaman Williams Park

Vegetable Garden plots (Sponsored by the Franklin Township Environmental Commission) are available in Naaman Williams Park Community Garden.  In keeping with current “Green” farming methods, the goal is to have garden users employ environmentally sensitive growing and recycling methods to include limited use of pesticides and other toxic chemicals.  Sign up at the Garden will be on Saturday, May 7th between 9AM and Noon.  First come first served.  These 8 feet by 14 feet plots (one per family) are free to Franklin Township residents.  The garden is located on Fuller Street off Franklin Boulevard, one block north of Route 27 (Somerset Street).  For more information contact John Walker in the evening at 732-422-0894.
