NON-FAIR& OPEN CONTRACT AWARDED

The Township of Franklin, County of Somerset and State of New Jersey has awarded a Non-Fair and Open Professional Services Contract without competitive bidding pursuant to Local Public Contracts Law N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(A) at a meeting held on March 8, 2011.  The contracts and the resolutions authorizing same are available for public inspection in the office of the Township Clerk.
