PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following ordinances were approved for final adoption by the Township Council of the Township of Franklin at a Regular Meeting held April 12, 2011:
ORDINANCE NO. 3927-11
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN BY AMENDING CHAPTER 390, ENTITLED WRECKERS, SECTION 390-10, CONDUCT OF OWNERS AND OPERATORS.
An Ordinance amending the Chapter 390 – Wreckers, Section 390-10, Conduct of Owners and Operators, by updating the procedures followed by the Police Department regarding notification to the wrecker companies about job callouts.
ORDINANCE NO. 3928-11
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN BY AMENDING CHAPTER 13, ENTITLED, BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS, ARTICLE XVIII, SENIOR CITIZEN ADVISORY COMMITTEE, SECTION 13-80, RULES OF PROCEDURE.
An Ordinance amending the Chapter 13, Boards and Commissions, Article XVIII, Senior Citizen Advisory Committee, Section 13-80, Rules of Procedure, by removing the requirement that officers may serve no more than two consecutive terms in any one office.

NOTICE OF PENDING BOND ORDINANCE NO. 3930-11 AND SUMMARY
The bond ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the governing body of the Township of Franklin, in the County of Somerset, State of New Jersey, on April 12, 2011. It will be further considered for final passage, after public hearing thereon, at a meeting of the governing body to be held at the Township Municipal Building in said Township on April 26, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting copies of the full ordinance will be available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerk’s office for the members of the general public who shall request the same.
